To be easy to retrieve your comment late, it is suggested you use a name. There is no need to sign-in.
How to search your comments? Simply go to All historic comments page and use Ctrl + F to search for your name. If you use this site a lot, you might want to subscribe the email, and then you can search them in your hard disk.

ReplyDeleteFacebook is funny. While they solicit you to add friends by listing people and saying that is friends you may know, they would block you if you clicked to add them and if them did not accept your adding. What fucking is the point to allure users to add friends?
ReplyDeleteAll my ymail accounts had been closed due to I did not use them for couple of months. The question is what is the purpose to provide this kind of free service? In one sense, I am the good customer because after couple of months I came back. The 2nd question is, how much cost to just keep basic account information for customers like me? It appears Yahoo does not know clearly in they mind, what they want. As a result, for normal use, I would never come to Ymail again. But when I come, it must be something in my mind, I would misuse or abuse it, simple because it had been judged as does not designed for normal use.

ReplyDeleteWe are here talking about the automatic RSS feed from Blogger to Facebook, through a medium. If you do manually post a link, you can always select which image to display.
Basically, when a Facebook recieve a feed, it would first check the " Template > Edit HTML.
2. Move mouse to HTML code and click anywhere, then press Ctrl and F in your keyboard to search "/head>".

Set these metadata into your blogger's HTML head>. It would just tell Facebook when no valid image is available, goes to get this pre-set image. I have been freezed to change name again for my Google Plus page. The reason I tried several times is I tried to format it, such as newline etc. Google Plus does not provide the preview function before the change. Google Plus people even do not understand people live in different area in the world may have surname before the given names. What a group of stupid people!!! Google Plus sets to fail!

ReplyDelete1，为什么要将乡绅与官对立？乡绅从来没有能力与官对立，他们是对官员没有管理到的地方的补充。
2，你一直没有谈官员管理的边界。如果将吏算成最外围的政府架构，我们可以很容易界定政府管理的边界。出了这个边界，如果不是乡绅，谁在管理？
3，从文中，你一再在谈进士和退役官员，但可能中国大地上最广泛的乡绅都是文盲。他们有可能就是一个普通大户人家。
这里，最重要的是最基础政府单元的管理边界。表面上看，这个问题在世界各地都一样，任何一个政府都有管理边界。即便是中国，不同时代、不同地域的管理边界也不同，但中国的特色是什么呢？这中间我认为最重要的是农耕的生产关系，其次是文化，道德等社会约定熟成当然都可以用文化简单地包括。谈文化就必须谈儒家，也就是说，儒家不但对科举有直接影响，对政府架构之外的社会稳定体系也深有影响。
我因为工作需要，成为共济会会员已经多年。通过对共济会的了解，我得知英联邦社会的稳定，决不是从教科书上可以理解的。共济会的底层会员都是社会最中坚力量，高层就更不必谈了。事实上，包括美国在内的英联邦社会，即便政府一夜之间消失了，第二天，共济会就可以建立一个一摸一样的新政府出来。可能因为共济会是隐秘体，我从来没有在任何一篇正经学术文章中看到过这方面的研究。
回到中国，战争可以将政府推翻，但只要乡绅没有被杀，社会经济结构就不是被破坏。但如果乡绅被广泛杀了，那占领军就只有亲历亲为去征收军粮了。这个例子，只是为了说明乡绅在社会稳定体现上的重要性。

ReplyDelete鄙人不敢自称食家，也没有受过正宗饮食教育，但比较挑剔。说一下我的看法。首先，梅菜扣肉不是霉干菜烧肉。梅菜扣肉好像广东和四川都自称是他们自己菜，但我感觉，属于粤菜的可能大。本文用了“梅干菜红烧肉”这个词，并配了照片，从照片上判断，菜不是梅菜，而是霉干菜。两者是不同的菜，万万不可混为一谈。从照片上判断，属于霉干菜烧肉，是浙菜沪菜。但被称为了红烧肉。浙菜沪菜中红烧肉可是要加酱油的（酱油就是酱油，不是老抽生抽，广东人不要误会了）。可霉干菜烧肉如果放了酱油，就下品了。下品的人烧霉干菜烧肉，再下品，一般也不敢公开将其改名为“霉干菜红烧肉”。霉干菜烧肉是霉干菜烧肉，红烧肉是红烧肉，两码事。
ReplyDelete霉干菜烧肉做完后，肥肉部分是半透明的。从透明度来讲，东坡肉如果是80%，那霉干菜烧肉要在50-60%之间。我猜想现在大约99%没吃过什么是历史上的东坡肉。历史上的东坡肉，在视觉直觉上的判断就是，东坡肉肥肉部分是透明的，瘦肉部分颜色很深，没有任何配料。大概现在连专业大厨都不知道了。霉干菜烧肉出来后，霉干菜的量一定要在60%以上，因为那是最好吃的。其次是肥肉部分，一点都不腻。瘦肉部分排最后，但也很好吃，因为一点都不材。那不是梅菜扣肉可比拟的。
从照片上看，有肉码得整整齐齐的，那是霉干菜烧肉的烧法吗？蒸可是最后一道工序。如果问我看了这些照片有没有食欲，老实说，食欲不大，因为肥肉是白色的，说明油没有走出了，这样，霉干菜不好吃，肉也不好吃。
